Last month, Grundfos BioBooster delivered a containerised MBR treatment plant to Viborg Municipality in Denmark. This is the first MBR installation at a Danish municipal site.
Packed in five 20-foot containers, the treatment plant treats a volume of 1000 person equivalents (PE) in the town of Bjerregrav. The plant will run as a trial site for a six-month period. Bjerregrav is one of many small-scale municipal treatment plants scattered across Denmark, which constitute a potential market for Grundfos BioBooster.
